E-SERVICE не несе відповідальності за достовірність інформації, що надана агентом-дилером на Он-лайн платформі E-SERVICE, а також за дотриманням агентом-дилером законодавства України, за своєчасністтю і обсягом сплати агентом-дилером податків і зборів до бюджету, за забов'язаннями агента-дилера перед третіми особами. Виключенням є випадок, коли на персональній сторінці дилера відображена інформації 'Рекомендовано E-SERVICE', і тільки в такому випадку E-SERVICE бере на себе солідарну відповідальність разом з агентом-дилером, що визначена двосторонім договором.
