The exclusive list of privileged categories of citizens of Ukraine and conditions of application of such privileges are given in Art. 13 of the Law of Ukraine 'On compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of land vehicles'.
If the participant of anti-terrorist operation has the status of the participant of military operations, the invalid of war or the invalid of the I group, he has the right to a privilege according to item 13.1 of Art. 13 of the mentioned Law.
In case of an accident by an employee of a legal entity in the performance of his labor (official) duties, civil liability for damage caused to a third party as a result of such an accident occurs with the owner of the vehicle (legal entity), not his employee.
It is not necessary to register with such a privileged category of citizens in the MTIBU. The Law of Ukraine 'On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Owners of Land Vehicles' does not provide for the registration of privileged categories of citizens.
