According to the Instruction on the procedure for filling in the policy form of OTSPVVNTZ, the policy form with corrections and strikeouts is considered spoiled. Such a form (original and copy) is removed, and a line is drawn from the lower left to the upper right corner across the entire Policy.
At the top of the line is written the word 'Spoiled', and at the bottom below the line - the date.
